Property management · San Diego County

Stop chasing late rent every month.

Clockwork Automation sets up late-rent reminders that go out on your schedule, with a payment link in every message, and gives your team one ranked list of who still owes. San Diego property managers spend less of each month chasing rent and more of it managing properties.

Where the money slips away

  • The first week of every month disappears into texts, calls and notices
  • The same tenants are late again and again
  • Nobody knows at a glance who has paid and who still owes
  • Late fees turn into arguments because reminders were inconsistent

Proof

4 → 50 calls a day

At a San Diego storage company, one person chasing overdue accounts went from about 4 calls a day to 50 after we automated the reminders and built a ranked call list. Same person, same hours.

Questions owners ask

Frequently asked questions

Can late-rent reminders be automated for property managers?

Yes. Clockwork Automation sets up reminders that go out automatically before and after the due date, by text and email, on the schedule you choose, with a payment link in every message.

Will automated reminders work with our property management software?

In most cases. We connect to your existing software or import its reports daily, then run reminders and the call list from a CRM (customer relationship manager) you own. The audit confirms the best setup for your software.

Can we control which tenants get automated messages?

Yes. You set the rules: commercial tenants, tenants on payment plans or anyone you choose can be excluded from automated messages and handled by hand.

How much does collections automation cost?

The first call is free. An automation audit is $500 and is credited toward the build. The build is quoted at a fixed price after the audit, and monthly support starts at $500 per month.
